However, the buyer must confirm the specific import requirements of their jurisdiction before placing an order. Failure to obtain necessary permits on the buyer’s side will not be grounds for a refund after dispatch.

8. Payments
Payments must be made through approved channels only. Orders are processed after receipt of full payment or an agreed advance. Any banking or transaction charges are to be borne by the buyer. In case of payment delays, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order.

9. Returns and Refunds
